It now operates as self-contained (bed and breakfast) cottage accommodation The heritage listed building is situated in Pontville, a Georgian village of historical significance. It is just a 15 minute drive to Richmond. There are three fully self-contained cottages. Two are two bedroom and the third has a double bedroom and a sitting room upstairs.
